Delete your data

Use this form to request the deletion of personal data within our area of responsibility. This applies in particular to data from your XO account, the Android and iOS app, the ticket shop, contact forms and applications, as well as Meta-, Instagram- or Facebook-related data stored with us.

The request does not trigger an uncontrolled immediate deletion. We first verify your identity and the requested scope. Purchase, payment and invoice data may be retained in whole or in part due to statutory retention obligations or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims. Data stored exclusively with Meta, Google, Apple, payment providers or other independent controllers must additionally be deleted there.
